Frame by frame is good, but you need a bit more than that to make a flash. Like a point, a plot, a fight, or some decent jokes. This is how to do frame by frame wrong.

Sadly, this short flash, which was a clock flash and stupid country song all in one, doesn't really earn the 5 that you so pathetically beg for. Apparently, many have been suckered by your christmas plea, but I was not. You get a 0. Merry Christmas!

I agree with the last guy... mostly...

I'm assuming he jumped off of a DIFFERENT mountain, and I'm assuming that Devin is after the sword and wants to stop the hero, but if that's so how did he know the hero was coming for the sword and know where to find him without actually knowing the hero? If he took the time to find out about what the hero was doing, wouldn't he find out a name too? You should explain their past sooner or later, if you wait too long people will start to get annoyed. Oh and, the last guy was wrong about the DBZ stuff, it looks really good, especially in a portal filled with sticks... ::shudder::...
