I think it would have been happier with the sound of the breeze or animals or children laughter or something. The song was loud and kind of irritating, and the creepy boy/girl staring into my soul was... unnerving.

You're completely wrong. Tutorials on Newgrounds are usually pretty stupid. The REAL steps to making successful flashes are:

1. Make it about whatever video game is popular at the time. The more overrated the game is the more loved your flash will be. Especially if the overrated piece of garbage in question contains an exploitable joke that isn't funny the first time you hear it. I'm thinking something about... Say... An arrow and a knee...

2. Say it's your first flash. People will save the worst crap ever if you tell them it's your first flash. Don't believe me? I made a flash called Deth Fiting solely to prove this point. It survived.

3. Make a madness flash. Since even the original madness was just a bunch of basic shapes being tweened, ANYONE can make a madness flash of the exact same quality. The bonus to making a madness flash is that you don't need voices, plot, or (oddly enough) even entertaining fight scenes. Just have one guy tween like he's having a standing-up orgasm while he shoots the other tweenies and you're good to go.

A bit too much tweening for my tastes (gives the characters some stiff and unrealistic movements) but it was pretty good otherwise. Keep up the good work!

thers alot of populare artist who got they entire flash with only tweents but no one complains about them

Wow... I hate My Little Pony with all of my me, however this was really deep. I like it a lot. I do hate Spike significantly less than the others since, being (most likely) male and a dragon, he represents all that is male in their world, so maybe that's why I was able to make it through this whole flash. When the creators of My Little Pony and all of its fans burn in eternal hellfire, I hope that you at least are allowed a wet towel. Keep up the good work!

First off, thank you for taking the time to write a review!

The depiction of male characters in the show so far has always been frustrating to me as someone who's happened to see a lot of the episodes as part of doing research for this project. I know the show is designed for young girls, and I completely respect that, but I still wish more male characters were given some smarts and better depiction in the show than what they've been receiving so far. The only exception I have to that is Spike, who's kind of a "little brother" character from what I've seen and plays that part very well, since I know there's a few young girls watching the show that have a brother that may get on their nerves in their lives. (At least, I know my younger cousins do, who happen to be big fans of the show, and ended up indirectly helping a lot with keeping my animation's audience appealing to the same huge audience that watches the show.) If there's anything I would try to put more emphasis on in the show if I had the power to do it, is to give male characters some more time in the spotlight and some more smarts as well. Help show that us men have brains too, you know? Yet, we don't want to overpower the messages in place for the girls that watch the show in the first place, since this is MLP we're talking about here.

And I'll be honest, your second to last sentence there made me crack up. I shall wear my wet towel with pride and dignity, knowing I at least tried and perhaps succeeded in making something meaningful out of all of this MLP stuff! :D

I do agree with anti-ACTA stuff, but it wouldn't be fair to rate your flash super high just cause it's against ACTA, would it? Let's review it based on its merits.

I liked the art style in the beginning. The audio was way too quiet though. I didn't catch a word that guy said. After that it was mostly text except another appearance by the character I saw before (now with facial hair) revealed that what I thought was a kid in his early teens must have been older than he appeared to me. This changed my opinion of the art style a little, since the age of the character you were drawing didn't come across as clearly as I had thought that it did. Then there was more text promising... I dunno what exactly Anonymous was promising. More flashes? More petitions? Your author comments say you're not affiliated with them, which raises so so many more questions. This was overall rather confusing and didn't have much plot or entertainment value aside from "hey guys, I don't like ACTA", which isn't enough to justify a real great score.

I was pressed for time my friend. Trying to push things together when in a rush kinda makes you miss some things. I agree that it doesn't deserve a high score just because it is against ACTA, but I also had to get the message out. If you didn't notice, the petition I put with the description ends on the 22nd. I also don't understand what you mean about the aging thing. It's possible to have facial hair in your teens...

This is undoubtedly the most homophobic thing I've seen this year. I was truly stunned.

Anyway, while I didn't really find it funny (the jokes all seem to rely on the viewer to be homophobic themselves, otherwise it just comes off as a bunch of gay-bashing propaganda) I will say that I liked some of the art. You have some nice art skills and I hope to see more from you. You might want to look into getting someone else to write it though. :P
